Balfor is currently seeking experienced Support workers to work and around Whetstone Leicester. The nature of this role is to support adults with, Learning Disabilities, Mental Health and Physical Disabilities within a supported living service.
Requirements:
- NVQ 2 in health and social or equivalent.
- 1-year of experience supporting as a support worker.
- Enhanced DBS Check (Updated) or willing to undergo a new check.
- Have excellent communication skills, are a great team player, are flexible and have can-do attitude.
- Mandatory care training.
- Safeguarding training.
Pay: £8.21 – £9.50 per hour.
As a support worker, you will be required to work during the week and weekends and will be required to work sleep-in shifts where necessary.
We are looking for Flexible, passionate, vibrant and dedicated support workers to join the team. Please note this is a temporary role.
