Balfor are recruiting experience learning disabilities support workers to within a supported living setting that accommodates 2 service users.
As a support worker you will have a passion for promoting active involvement and communication to ensure that ‘every day is a good day’. You will give respect and unconditional positive regard for the people you support. No two days will be the same as the service users love to engage in a wide range of activities such as baking, listening to music, walking and many more.
Support workers will be required to work on a 121 basis in a supported living setting and will be supporting service users with their daily needs including cleaning, appointments, and general daily tasks.

Requirements
- 1 years’ experience in adult’s care/support.
- Previous experience within a Residential/ Supported living environment.
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills.
- Driver (desired due to location)
