Balfor Healthcare are currently seeking experienced Support workers to work within Staffordshire. The nature of this role is to support adults with, learning disabilities within a supported living service.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
- 1 year of experience supporting adults with Learning Disabilities.
- Enhanced DBS Check (Updated) or willing to undergo a new check.
- Have excellent communication skills, are a great team player, are flexible and have a can-do attitude.
- Mandatory care training.
- Safeguarding training.
Pay: £8.50 – £9.50 per hour.
You will be required to work during the week and weekends and will be required to work sleep-in shifts where necessary.
We are looking for flexible, passionate, vibrant and dedicated Support Workers to join the team. Please note this is a temporary role.
