An exciting opportunity has arisen for support worker to work within a supported living service in Stratford upon Avon.
Do you have Health and Social Care experience within the last year? Have you got experience working with Learning Disabilities and challenging behaviors?
If you want to make a difference, we have exciting opportunities available on a temporary to permanent basis and flexible shifts to suit your availability.
You will be required to work on a 121 basis in a supported living setting. You will be supporting service users with their daily needs including cleaning, appointments, and general daily tasks.
Requirements
- 1 years’ experience in adult’s care/support.
- Previous experience within a Residential/ Supported living environment.
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills.
- Driver (desired due to location)
