**Your Role: **
As a Social Worker with Balfor Healthcare, you’ll work within our relationship-based, trauma-informed family-led practice model. Your responsibilities will include in-depth assessments, partnership working with children, families, and professionals, and participation in multi-agency meetings. You’ll develop robust partnerships with other teams and outside agencies, ensuring joined-up services for the benefit of our service users.
**About You:**
– Passionate, motivated, and committed to making a positive difference in the lives of children and families.
– Completed ASYE and eager to work in a supportive environment.
– Ability to build effective relationships, conduct thorough assessments, and work independently as well as part of a team.
– Hold a recognized social work qualification and have current active registration with Social Work England.
