SEN Teaching Assistant

 

Location: Dudley

Duration: Full time, on going

Salary: £60 – 70 per day

 

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teaching Assistant OR Relevant SEN Background
  • SEND school-based Experience
  • KS1/KS2 experience
  • SEMH, SEBD, ADHD and complex needs experience
  • In – date Team Teach
  • Child and Adult Workforce DBS
  • Available Immediately
  • Level 1 safeguarding certificate
  • Recent school based references
  • Valid Photo ID – Driving Licence or passport
  • Full DBS – registered on the update service

 

The School/role:

We have an exclusive role available for an SEN Teaching Assistant within Dudley with a strong character to work within a challenging environment with KS1 and KS2 students.

 

This role will involve working with severely challenged students who have SEMH, SEBD, ADHD and complex needs. So you will need to have a strong character, a lot of perseverance and an in-date team teach qualification as you will need to use it.

 

You will need to have recent experience working as an SEN TA and MUST still have the physical copy of your Team Teach certificate or booklet.

 

You will be working on a full-time basis, Monday to Friday and must hold a child and adult workforce DBS.

 

The role will run on a full-time basis until the end of the academic year with the possibility of continuing in sSeptember.
