Duration: Full time, long-term contract
Salary: Up to M6 pay scale
We are currently looking for an experienced SEN teacher to take on a full-time position located in Birmingham. The school has a very helpful team that will support you throughout your time with the school.
As the school has a wide range of special educational needs; the teacher will need to have a broad range of experience with PMLD, ASD, SEMH and Complex Needs.
The candidate will need be to be very enthusiastic and have a passion for teaching SEN pupils. You will be working with KS1 and KS2 children to help them achieve their full potential. The salary for the candidate will vary depending on the experience they possess.
The candidate will also need to be able to plan and prepare effective lessons for a range of subjects.

- Qualified Teacher Status – QTS
- ASD, PMLD, Complex Needs experience
- Experience in primary SEN Schools
- Level 1 safeguarding certificate
- Recent school based references
- Valid Photo ID – Driving Licence or passport
- Full DBS – on the update service
