SEN Teacher

 

Location: Wolverhampton

Duration: Full time, on going

Salary: £140 – 155 per day

 

The School/role:

We are recruiting for a SEN school in the Wolverhampton area that are seeking an experienced Teacher to work with them on a full-time basis until the end of the academic year. This role may also extend into September.

The school is located within Wolverhampton and are looking for a qualified Teacher who can support children at KS3/KS4 with SEMH and SEBD needs. Additionally, some of the students have ASD and ADHD needs so you will need ample knowledge of a range of needs.

You will be teaching core subjects to able learners who need additional assistance and direction with their behaviour. Ideally you will have worked in a SEN school previously and be comfortable and able to teach pupils with SEMH and SEBD needs. You will need to plan and prepare for this role.

The role is working at a great SEN school which is highly rewarding to work at. You will be working on a full-time basis and must hold a child and adult workforce DBS.

 

The role will run on a full-time basis until the end of the academic year.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status – QTS
  • SEND school-based Experience
  • ASD, ADHD, SEMH, SEBD experience
  • Child and Adult Workforce DBS
  • Available Immediately
  • Level 1 safeguarding certificate
  • Recent school based references
  • Valid Photo ID – Driving Licence or passport
  • Full DBS – registered on the update service
