Duration: Full time, long term contract
We are currently looking for a teaching assistant to work within a SEN secondary school based in Wolverhampton. The candidate will need to take on a full-time role as soon as possible. This special school can be very challenging so the candidate will need to have plenty of experience working alongside children with SEBD and SEMH needs. The teacher assistant will need to be Team Teach trained as they will be required to use and utilise restraint training when required. This specialist secondary school is very welcoming and will support you throughout the job role. You will be working on a full-time basis as soon as possible with the view to go permanent in the same position.

- Qualified Teaching Assistant OR Relevant SEN Background
- SEN school based experience
- SEBD and SEMH experience
- Level 1 safeguarding certificate
- Recent school based references
- Valid Photo ID – Driving Licence or passport
- Full DBS – on the update service
