We are currently looking for a strong SEN primary teacher to take on a full-time position in a PRU located in Birmingham. The school has a great team ethos where the whole team will help and support you throughout your teaching position.
The students you will be supporting have a mix of needs including SEMH, SEBD and ADHD. You need to have excellent behaviour management and be confident teaching a range of subjects as a general teacher.
Therefore, sharing similar visions and aims that every child matters is very key. The candidate will be expected to take large groups of SEN students as well as providing 1-1 support. You will be delivering engaging and unique lessons for primary pupils from KS1-KS2. The teacher will also need to be able to plan and prepare effective lessons for a range of different subjects.

- Qualified Teacher Status – QTS
- Teaching experience
- SEMH, SEBD, ADHD Experience
- “TEAM TEACH” training would be ideal
- Experience in an SEN School or PRU
- Level 1 safeguarding certificate
- Recent school based references
- Valid Photo ID – Driving Licence or passport
- Full DBS – on the update service
