SEN DT and Photography Teacher

 

Location: Stoke-On-Trent

Duration: Full time, on going

Salary: £120 – £180 per day

 

Requirements:

  • SEND school-based Experience
  • QTS or QTLS, specialising in DT and Photography
  • SEMH, ASD and SLD experience
  • Available Immediately on a full-time basis
  • Level 1 safeguarding certificate
  • Recent school-based references
  • Valid Photo ID – Driving Licence or passport
  • Full DBS – registered on the update service

 

The School/role:

We are looking for an SEN teacher who is QTS/QTLS teacher who specialises in DT and Photography at GCSE level.

 

You will be required to plan and prepare your own lessons. You will be teaching GCSE level students who have SEMH, ASD and SLD. Due to this, it is vital that you have experience working with these needs within a similar setting.

 

As well as teaching DT and photography, there will also be element of art that you need to teach. It would be ideal if you have experience doing so previously.

 

The role will run on a full-time basis ongoing. A new enhanced DBS will be needed for this role or a subscription to the DBS update service.
