Salary: £130-160 per day

We are recruiting for a great SEN school in the Wolverhampton area that are seeking an experienced Teacher to work with them on a full-time basis ASAP.

We are looking for a Teacher in Wolverhampton to work a SEN school. This will be working in a primary/secondary school setting starting ASAP on a full-time basis. The school wants a Teaching Assistant who has strong knowledge and experience of SEN needs when working with students at a primary/secondary level.

The day to day responsibility of a teacher is to work with the students with a range of different needs which include SEMH and SEBD. You will be providing support to the student who can have behavioural difficulties. The focus of the teacher is to support all the students effectively and manage their behaviour in a positive manner.

The teacher should be able to deliver a wide curriculum and have strong behaviour management and you will need to have prior experience working with these needs at secondary level. This is a great school to work with and will be a worthwhile role for the successful applicant.

Please note: A new enhanced DBS will be needed for this role or a subscription to the DBS update service.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher with relevant SEN background
  • SEND school-based Experience
  • SEMH and SEBD experience
  • Child and Adult Workforce DBS
  • Available Immediately
  • Level 1 safeguarding certificate
  • Recent school-based references
  • Valid Photo ID – Driving License or passport
  • Full DBS – registered on the update service
