School Administrator

 

Location: Wolverhampton

Duration: Full time, on-going temporary

Salary: Dependent on experience, £60 – 75 per day

 

The School/role:

We are recruiting for a special needs school in the Wolverhampton area who are seeking an office Administrator to start in the new year. This is a full-time post for someone with a background in schools.

You will be working in the office supporting all elements of administration, telephone enquiries, signing in, safeguarding, data protection, filing and handling all relevant information for the school. You must be able to use SIMs and have recent knowledge within a school environment using this system.

The role would suit someone who is approachable, with good organisation, able to manage data and filing effectively and who has strong communication.

This is full time post to start in January.

A new enhanced DBS will be needed for this role or a subscription to the DBS update service.

 

Requirements:

  • School based Administration experience
  • SEN school-based Experience
  • Available Immediately
  • SIMs experience and knowledge
  • Level 1 safeguarding certificate
  • Recent school-based references
  • Valid Photo ID – Driving Licence or passport
  • Full DBS – registered on the update service
