Balfor Education have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Primary Teacher to join a vibrant teaching team at a Special School based in the Northfield area of Birmingham, supporting children who have SEBD . So experience of working with children with Special Educational Needs is desirable.

The role involves teaching and delivering the KS1/KS2 curriculum within a maximum class size of 8 pupils working alongside 2 experienced Teaching Assistants.

In order to apply you will need to have:

  • Have experience of working within a challenging environment
  • Have some experience or working with SEND pupils.
  • Be eligible to work in the UK.
  • Be prepared to have a Disclosure and Barring Service check carried out.
