Location: South Birmingham, West Midlands

Duration: September 2019 start – permanent

Salary: Pay to scale

My client based in South Birmingham is an all through school and has a reputation within the local area as being a “fantastic school” that has good behaviour and a fantastic support network.

The school is going from strength to strength and is looking for passionate teachers to join them to ensure good progress continues. Staff will be able to receive high quality training and support which is recognised as being among the best in the country- and our pupils will have opportunities to be able to take part in additional network-wide activities such as competitions, debates, music galas and university coaching.

The role:

Balfor Recruitment are currently working with a mainstream secondary school based in South Birmingham who are looking to appoint an inspirational History Teacher to join their school this September 2019.

They are looking for a teacher who has the ability to teach History up to KS4.

You will be joining a secondary school for students from ages 11-18. As the school are part of a trust, those looking for progression in the near future are welcome to apply. The schools in the trust always welcome teachers from other sites to take on leadership and responsibility positions as and when they arise.

The school are looking for either an NQT or an experienced History Teacher who is passionate about their subject.
