Balfor Education have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic EYFS Teacher to join a vibrant teaching team at a Special School based in Birmingham, supporting children who have speech and language and communication difficulties as well as severe learning difficulties. So experience of working with children with Special Educational Needs is desirable.

The role involves teaching and delivering the EYFS and KS1 curriculum within a maximum class size of 8 pupils working alongside 3 experienced Teaching Assistants aswell as Occupational Therapists and Speech and Language Therapists.

In order to apply you will need to have:

  • Have experience of working within a challenging environment
  • Have some experience or working with SEND pupils.
  • Be eligible to work in the UK.
  • Be prepared to have a Disclosure and Barring Service check carried out.
